  Wonderful church family and the best preaching I've ever heard!

  The pastor is truly kind and all the people are welcoming. I enjoy the singing and the preaching every service. This is an old fashioned Baptist church that cares about people. I joined in 1993 and love my church! Up to 100 or more people are given food every Tuesday in a ministry that is completely volunteer. Five busses are driven around the area to offer transportation to those that need a ride. This is a busy church full of people that are busy serving Jesus.

  He gave them out of kindness and to help someone, good grief, stop gripping and count your blessings-
  
  This church donates its resources, time and space for their members to DONATE their time, patience, energy and blessings for the people who are in this line. No one wants to be in line here, and some are here every week for years. I know when we needed help, they were there for us, no questions, no negative remarks and certainly no condemnation!
  
  We should be THANKFUL to Brother Al and his ENTIRE team, and the Pastor who allows this great community outreach to continue. I pray HEAPS of blessings on you all, more than you can ever imagine in Jesus' Name!

  I know this pastor personally. He Married My wife and I...He's not perfect...He was a temper sometimes...But He and this church are good people. Again, not perfect...If you had a bad experience with them (which I have had myself once) and continue to hold it against them, or, based on that one experience choose to write a review stating that this is a 'bad' Pastor, or a 'bad' Church. Your a hypocrite. Because You have at least once in your life, yourself, been unkind to someone. I dont attend this Church anymore. I have visited from time to time. They are not the friendliest church (Indie Baptist churhces generally are not, I know, I grew up Indie Baptist from about the age of 6-7) But, they are 'friendly enough' and, They do engage in legit Charitable efforts, and They have Their 'Doctrine' straight. They Know who God is, and Who Jesus Christ. They know and teach that Salvation is not of Works, That we cannot earn it. They are accurate on the most basic teachings of Christ and the Apostles. That Eternal Salvation, from eternal damnation is by and thru Faith in Finished Work of Jesus Christ, when he gave himself for us thru death by Crucifixion. Then, was raised up by His Father, on that Glorious 3rd Day. And ever lives to make intercession for us. This is Grace, Mercy...and...Truth. They know this, they teach this. They are a good, New Testament Church. again...Not perfect...Anyone from Landmark or familiar with Landmark wondering who the 'blank' wrote this review...Im Lee Keyser. And I count Pastor Barber..;.a Friend and Brother...In Christ...

  Today I sent my 12year old son by himself to church because his 13year old sister was sick they always go together on the bus so the church knows they are brother and sister. I am out raged with the new bus administration miss Angie and her husband along with the bus driver of Esther bus, the bus was outside of my home longer then normal when dropping my son off. My son had walked through the door in tears and before he could say anything the bus sped of a lot faster then normal, my children normally bring home a box of food even on occasions when one was sick they would allow the other to bring home the box of food this time my son said he picked up a box that clearly had my daughters name on but was rudely told to put it down because my daughter had not shown up that it was they're box now (miss Angie ) he didn't put it down and told them that brother Jerry always lets them take a box home that we don't have to ask for one and after that miss Angie and her husband told him to get off they're bus that they do not want to wait any Longer that the box is now there's, my son still did not put it down he pointed out the name on the box but the man on the bus told him to put it down and to get off the bus now or they would keep him on the bus and drop off all the other kids then drop him off very last. I quickly contacted the church more then once by phone leaving a message explaining what happened telling them to contact me quickly and no one will,with people like this I feel like any child will be in danger and scared to learn about God with cold blooded administration like the 3 adults that attended the bus ride home today plus I'd like to note the home office has yet to contact us so apparently they do not care for mine or my child's feelings.
